About & Contact

The Georgia Tech Copyright & Fair Use site was created to promote Intellectual Property (IP)-consciousness on campus and to facilitate copyright compliance. This site is designed and maintained by GT Library’s Intellectual Property Advisory Office. This Office is not a legal service and will not offer legal advice. However, this Office is led by a faculty member who is also a licensed attorney and can provide you general information about legal requirements and procedures and to assist you in the daunting process of copyright and fair use determination.
